A weekend getaway in Long Beach, Washington. We went clam digging in the morning tide. We walked through the town shops until I was limping and could walk no more. We ate good food, took naps and sat in the sand. I lounged on a sunshiney bench and the old ladies said “I bet it feels good to have the sun on your back” and Levi charmed them when he cheekily quipped “and a daughter on her front”. They thought he was so clever.
